The employability service of the CDEM (formerly First Choice) offers 5 programs to help find and keep a job.

Programs are tailored to the needs of Canadians, permanent residents, refugees, asylum seekers and sometimes even university students*.

CDEM Employability also offers pre-departure services to better prepare immigrants before they arrive in Canada, as well as customized services for people with special needs.
