The 16th edition of Destination Canada Mobility Forum will be held on February 26, 27 and 28, 2021 and will be entirely online. Registration will open in January 2021.

The virtual format will further expand the international reach of the event, and international teams are working around the world to promote the forum to qualified, French-speaking and bilingual candidates.

Canadian employers who have positions to fill in provinces other than Quebec or in the territories, and who are authorized under the rules of their province or territory to recruit from abroad, will again be able to participate at no cost.

Each company or organization participating as an employer will have a virtual kiosk where it can post its job openings and make its documents and videos available to visitors.  They will also be able to exchange with them by chat or videoconference.  Employers will be able to consult the resumes of invited candidates in advance and during the forum. There will be a system for making appointments and candidates will also be able to drop by the booths spontaneously. The booths will be open from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm (CET).  

Other economic actors such as economic development agencies of municipalities and regions outside Quebec, as well as the FCFA, the Francophone Immigration Networks (RIF) and Rdée Canada and its member organizations will also be able to participate with a virtual booth.

Registration will open in January on the virtual exhibition platform. Once an exhibitor’s application has been validated, he will receive a list of the elements to be provided for his stand (logo, description, etc.). A training session will be offered to explain how the virtual exhibition works.
